Recipe of the Day: Make delicious gond laddus at home, add these things as required



Ghee - 900 grams

Almonds - 1 cup (chopped)

Cardamom powder 

Makhana - 800 grams

Melon seeds - 2 cups

Gum - 200 grams

Coconut - 800 grams (grated)

Sugar - as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

Heat ghee in a pan, fry the gum lightly and take it out in a plate. 

Similarly, fry the makhana and take it out in a plate. 

Now make syrup from sugar, water and cardamom powder. 

Now mix makhana, gum and other ingredients well in the syrup. 

Now make laddus from this mixture.
