Required Ingredients: Five cups chopped fenugreek leaves, two cups Gathia, four teaspoons oil, two teaspoons cumin, four finely chopped green chillies, five finely chopped garlic, a pinch of asafoetida, two teaspoons turmeric powder, three teaspoons red chilli powder, four teaspoons cumin. Powder, tomatoes cut into six small pieces, salt as per taste, one teaspoon garam masala and sugar as desired.

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies, garlic and asafoetida to it.

Now cook turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder and add tomatoes and salt.

After this, add garam masala in the pan and cook it.

After this add fenugreek leaves and all the remaining things in it.

Put a little amount of water in it.

After fenugreek is cooked, add gathiya to it.

In this way your delicious vegetable is prepared.
