- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 7 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Pinch of asafoetida
- 2 green chillies
- Salt as per taste
- Coconut shreds
- 3 cups water
You can make it with this method:
First of all, fry the porridge in a pan continuously for 5 minutes.
Now keep the porridge in a plate.
Now heat coconut oil in the same pan and add urad dal, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and oatmeal.
Now fry the porridge in it for ten minutes on low flame.
Now add hot water and salt to it.
Now add coconut shavings to it and taste it.
