Essential Ingredients

  • 2 cups porridge
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 capsicum 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon peanuts 
  • asafoetida 
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • green coriander 
  • Salt as per taste 
  • Olive oil as required 
  • Beans 1 tablespoon 
  • dried Kasuri fenugreek leaves 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

You can prepare it by this method:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the porridge in it.

Now add olive oil in this pan and fry cumin, peanuts, ginger and carrots.

Now add chopped vegetables and fry for five minutes.

Now add salt, black pepper powder and oatmeal and fry for five minutes.

Now add Kasuri leaves, green chillies and asafoetida powder and water and cook.

Now add green coriander and taste it.
