Flour - five hundred grams, celery - two teaspoons, potatoes - four boiled mashed, onion - four finely chopped, cumin - two teaspoons, asafoetida - one teaspoon, whole coriander - two teaspoons, dry mango powder - two teaspoons, gram flour - Three teaspoons, fennel - two teaspoons, green coriander - two teaspoons finely chopped, garam masala - two teaspoons, red chilli powder - two teaspoons, salt - as per taste, oil.

You can make it by this method:

Mix flour, celery, salt, some oil and water in a vessel and knead it well.

Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin, asafoetida, whole coriander, and fennel and fry for half a second.

Now add onion and fry.

After this, mix gram flour, dry mango powder, garam masala, potato, salt and red chilli powder and cook.

Now add green coriander to it.

Now make small balls of dough, fill the mixture in and fry the Kachori in oil.

In this way, your delicious Kachoris are made.
