Raita is made from many things. People like to taste it with food. Today we are going to tell you the method of making coriander-mint raita. Apart from being very tasty, it is also beneficial for health. 

Ingredients required:

  • Mint - two bunches
  • Coriander - one bunch
  • Green chilli - four pieces
  • Garlic cloves - four pieces 
  • Chaat masala 
  • Lemon squeezed- four spoons 
  • Curd - six spoons 
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Cream - four spoons

You can prepare it with this method: 

First of all, put all the ingredients in a vessel, add chaat masala and squeeze lemon and keep it aside. 

Now grind these things in a mixer and make a soft paste. 

Now add lemon juice and taste it.
