Recipe of the Day: Make children happy with vegetable pasta, make it with this recipe
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups vegetable broth 1
- cup heavy cream
- 3 cups chopped vegetables (mushrooms, olives, capsicum and capsicum)
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Italian oregano seasoning
- 350 grams penne pasta
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
You can prepare it with this method:
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it till their moisture disappears and add salt and black pepper to it.
Now fry onion and garlic.
Now add Italian oregano masala, parsley, vegetable broth, fresh cream and tomatoes and boil the mixture.
Now cook the pasta in it. Add broth if needed.
Now garnish the pasta with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and enjoy.
