Recipe of the Day: Make black gram salad with this easy method, it is very tasty


Ingredients required:

  • 1/2 cup black gram
  • 1/2 cup boiled potato
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp everest masala
  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 /2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2-3 tsp lemon juice

You can prepare it with this method:

First of all, soak black gram in water overnight.

Boil the chickpeas in the morning.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry black gram, add green chillies, lemon juice and chaat masala.

Now put it in a bowl, add all the chopped vegetables, mashed potatoes, coriander and mix well.

In this way your black gram salad is made.
