Essential Ingredients:

  • Beetroot - six
  • Ghee - nine tablespoons
  • Almonds - 25 finely chopped
  • Milk - 900 ml
  • Sugar - one and a half cups
  • Cashew nuts - 30 finely chopped
  • Raisins - 3 tablespoons
  • Small cardamom - 15 crushed

You can prepare it by this method:

First of all, grate the beetroot.

Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the dry fruits while stirring till they turn light pink. Take them out in a bowl.

Now heat ghee in the same pan and fry grated beetroot on low flame for five minutes.

Now add cream milk to it and let it cook for six minutes.

When the mixture thickens, add sugar to it.

Now add raisins on top and cook it.

Finally, add dry fruits and crushed cardamom and cook for five minutes.

In this way, your beetroot pudding will be made.

Now add dry fruits and taste them.
