Recipe of the Day: Make Arhar Dal with Raw Mango in this easy method!

Required Ingredients:

Pigeon peas - four cups

Raw mango - two

Turmeric powder - two teaspoons

Chilli powder - two teaspoons

Cumin - two teaspoons

Salt - as per taste

Ghee - two tablespoons

Prepare it in this way:

First of all soak the pigeon peas in water.

Now peel the raw mango and cut it.

Now add water, raw mango, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and pulses in the cooker and cook till three whistles.

Now heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin and whole red chillies to it.

Now add tadka to the dal.

Finally add green coriander to it and taste it.
