Recipe of the Day: Make any festival special with Chana Dal Puri, this is the method

Ingredients required: 

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup chana dal
  • 1/2 cup semolina 
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves salt oil
  • as per taste

You can make it with this method: 

Soak chana dal in water overnight.

Grind the lentils coarsely in the blender in the morning.

Now mix semolina, flour, coriander, red chili and turmeric powder, salt well in the pulse paste.

Now make small puris of this dough. 

Now heat some oil in a pan and fry them. 

In this way your delicious puris are made.
