Recipe of the Day: Make almond soup with this method, it is very tasty.
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 cups milk
- 6 tbsp butter
- 4 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 400 ml cream
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 4 cups water
You can make it like this:
First of all, soak the almonds in lukewarm water for ten minutes.
Now heat butter in a pan and fry onion and garlic while stirring for 2 minutes.
Add peeled almonds, salt, black pepper and four cups of water and cook for ten minutes.
Now cool this mixture, put it in a grinder jar and grind it finely.
Now add milk to it and boil it.
After this, add cream to it and cook for five minutes.
Now garnish with chili flakes and enjoy.
