Recipe of the Day: It is very easy to make Paneer Tikka, these things must be useful


Ingredients required:

- 2 kg paneer

- 2 cups spinach paste

- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tsp cashew paste

- juice of 2 lemon

- 2 tsp garam masala

- 2 tsp green chili paste

- 6 tbsp roasted gram flour

- 2 cups hung curd

- 2 tsp cumin powder

- 4 tbsp oil

- Salt as per taste

Here is the method of making Hariyali Paneer Tikka:

Prepare a mixture of hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cashew paste and spinach paste in a vessel.

Now cut the paneer into thick slices.

Now after dipping them in the mixture, bake them in the grill pan till they turn golden after half an hour.

Now let it cool down and sprinkle lemon juice over it.

In this way your special Hariyali Paneer Tikka is made.
