Required Ingredients:

  • Flour - four cups
  • Milk - one and a half cups
  • Ghee - two tablespoons
  • Powdered sugar - half cup 
  • Ghee - for frying
  • dry ground coconut - hundred grams 
  • Ground cardamom - ten

Method:

First of all, put flour in a vessel and mix powdered sugar, coconut, cardamom, and ghee in it.

After this, dissolve sugar in milk and knead this flour mixture hard.

Roll out the puriya for some time.

Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the puris in it.

In this way, your delicious sweet puris are made.
