Recipe of the Day: Enjoy the taste of special Masala Chai Kulfi in the summer season, make it this way

Required Ingredients:

- Three cups of Masala Chai

- Two teaspoons of dry ginger

- Six cups Rabri

- Four tablespoons of Fennel

- Four tablespoons finely chopped pistachios

You can make it in this way:

First, roast the fennel in a pan till it changes color.

Take out the fennel on a plate.

Now roast pistachios in the same pan. Take them out on a plate as well.

Now make fennel powder in the mixie.

Now mix rabri, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, pistachio, and masala tea in a vessel.

Now put this mixture in Kulfi mode and keep it in the freezer for ten hours.

Now you can taste it.
