- Moong dal - two cups
- Milk - six hundred ml
- Ghee/butter - eight spoons
- Rose water - one teaspoon
- Cashew nuts - for decoration
- Sugar - two cups
- cardamom powder - one teaspoon
- Kismis - for decoration
You can prepare it in this way:
First of all, you have to fry the lentils in a pan without oil.
Now cool it and grind it finely in mixer-grinder.
Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the lentil powder in it.
Now mix milk and sugar in it.
When the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and rose water to it.
Now decorate it with cashew nuts and raisins.
