Recipe Of The Day: Do not use mango juice, enjoy it in the form of Tikki, this is the easy way to make it


Required ingredients:

- Six boiled grated potatoes

- Four tbsp boiled rice

- Four tbsp green coriander

- Two tbsp lemon juice

- Two mangoes

- Two green chilies

- Six tbsp corn flour

- Salt as per taste

- Two tsp black pepper powder

- Ghee for frying

Make it this way:

First of all, mix potatoes, rice, green coriander, salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, and green chilies in a vessel.

Mash the mangoes in another vessel and add salt, green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice, and black pepper to it.

Now flatten the potato mixture into a round shape and fill it with mango mixture and

give it the shape of tikkis.

Now heat ghee in a pan and wrap the tikki on the corn floor and deep fry it.

In this way, your potato-mango tikki is made.
