Recipe of the Day: Corn bhel is beneficial for health, make it with this method


Ingredients required: 

  • 1 sweet corn cob
  • 1 boiled potato 1 
  • tomato 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp schezwan sauce
  • 4 tsp mixed sev
  • 2 tsp small sev
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves 
  • 2 tsp sweet chutney
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp masala peanut 
  • fenugreek 1 tsp 
  • lemon juice

You can make it with this method: 

First of all, fry the corn cob evenly on medium flame on the gas. Now cut its grains with a knife. 

Now put the grains in a vessel and add potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green coriander, schezwan sauce, green chili paste and sweet chutney.

Now add chaat masala, black salt, salt, lemon juice, peanuts, mixed sev, small sev and mix evenly.

Taste it by adding small sev, onion and tomato on top.
