Recipe of the Day: Chickpeas will be very tasty with this method, definitely add these things
- 4 cups chickpeas,
- 8 chopped onions,
- 4 teaspoons grated ginger
- 6 finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 large cardamoms
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 finely chopped green chillies.
- You can make it with this method:
- 4 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons Kasoori Methi
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 4 tsp tea leaves
- 6 tbsp chickpea masala powder
Method of preparation:
First of all, chickpeas have to be soaked in tea water at night.
Boil chickpeas in the morning.
Now heat ghee in a cooker and add cumin seeds, black cardamom and bay leaves in it.
Now after frying the onion for five minutes, add tomatoes, green chillies, chickpea masala and cumin powder.
