Recipe of the Day: Beetroot pickle is very tasty, make it this way 

Ingredients required:

- Eight beetroot

- Fifty garlic cloves

- Thirty curry leaves

- Two-piece ginger

- Half tablespoon asafoetida

- Four tablespoons dried mango powder

- Four tablespoon achari masala

- Mustard oil 

- Twenty green chilies

- Two tablespoons of turmeric

- Two tablespoons of red chili Powder

- 4 tbsp Salt

- 2 tbsp Mustard seeds

- 4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds Powder

- 4 tbsp White vinegar

- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder

Make it this way:

First, wash the beetroot and cut it into small pieces and dry it in the sun.

Now heat mustard oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric, red chili powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder in it.

Now add beetroot to it.

Now mix salt, dried mango powder, pickle masala, and fenugreek seeds powder in this mixture and cook for ten minutes.

Now cool it and put it in a utensil and keep it in the sun for 2-3 days.

In this way, your beetroot pickle is made.
