Recipe of the Day: Beetroot Masala Puri is beneficial for health, make it with this method
- 100 gms wheat flour
- 50 gms all purpose flour
- 1 crushed beetroot
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- as per taste red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp ajwain
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- salt as per taste
Make it with this method:
Grate the beetroot and blend it with water as required.
Now mix wheat flour and all-purpose flour in the parat and knead it by mixing beetroot solution, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, kasoori fenugreek.
Now roll out poori from flour and fry in oil.
