Achari Paneer Tikka is a delicious starter and appetizer recipe where paneer is marinated in a mixture of spices, primarily inspired by the taste of Indian pickles. Paneer - 500 grams

Green Capsicum - 2

Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon

Mustard Oil - 2 tablespoons

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon

Curd - 2 tablespoons

Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp

Achari Masala – 2 tbsp


To make Achari Paneer Tikka, first of all, take a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, Kashmiri red chili powder and pickle masala. Mix these ingredients well. 

Add paneer pieces to this marinade and coat them well. Let the paneer marinate in this mixture. Cover the bowl and keep it for about 1 hour.

After marination, take wooden skewers and thread the marinated paneer and capsicum pieces onto the skewers one by one.

Now, heat a charcoal grill and apply some oil to the paneer skewers. Grill the paneer skewers on both sides until they are browned and cooked through.

Once done, garnish Achari Paneer Tikka with mint curd chutney and serve hot.
