Cardamom pods - 4-5 (crushed)

-First of all, mash the khoya with the help of a spoon.

Now heat a pan and add khoya to it. - Keep stirring continuously on low flame until it turns light brown.

-When it starts turning golden brown, add 2 tablespoons of ghee to it and keep frying until it turns golden brown.

-If the khoya seems dry, add 2 tablespoons of milk cream and keep stirring until the milk is absorbed.

Now turn off the flame but keep stirring the khoya for a while as the pan is still hot and the khoya may stick.

-Add half the powdered sugar to it and mix well. Now you can give this mixture the shape of pedas.

-To make Peda, take a small portion of this mixture in your hand and give it a round shape.

Then press it lightly with your palm and give it a shape like a peda.

Now keep this peda on a plate sprinkled with cardamom powder and sugar.
