Mango Ice Tea is a delicious drink that is simply delicious. Here's a simple recipe for making Mango Iced Tea:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
4 cups water
4 tea bags
1/4 cup sugar (to taste)
fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add chopped mangoes and sugar to the boiling water.
Let the mangoes boil in water for about 5 minutes or till they become soft and pulpy.
Take the pan off the heat and let the mango mixture cool down.
Once the mango mixture has cooled, blend it in a blender until smooth.
In a separate saucepan, bring the remaining 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the tea bags to the boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and allow the brewed tea to cool.
Combine the mango puree and the brewed tea in a jug. Mix well to mix.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill the Mango Iced Tea.
To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour chilled Mango Iced Tea over the ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Shake well before serving.
