Recipe: Make your day special with rice dhokla, the recipe is very easy!

Dhokla is not only delicious to eat but is also good for health. Although it is a Gujarati dish, it has become popular throughout the country. People like it very much. Today we are talking about rice dhokla. It is quite light and easy to digest. Today we are going to tell you about its recipe.

Material :

200 grams of rice flour

1/2 cup curd

1/4 cup semolina Sugar

to taste

A pinch of asafoetida powder

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

2 whole red chillies

4 tablespoons oil

Water as required

Salt as per taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice


-First of all, mix rice flour, semolina, curd, sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil together and make a smooth paste.

-Mix a sufficient amount of water with lemon juice and asafoetida and leave it overnight.

Now boil water in a steamer. Put the prepared paste on the plate and cook in steam for 20 minutes, then remove.

-Let it cool, then cut it into pieces and take it out from the plate. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

-When the mustard turns brown, add 2 tablespoons of water and heat it.

- When hot, add dhokla on top. Also, sprinkle red chilli as per taste.

-To garnish, garnish with grated coconut and fresh coriander.
