During festivals or celebrations, something sweet is always prepared in homes. Apart from this, on such occasions, there are often doubts about the purity of sweets purchased from outside. In such a situation, homemade sweets have a different taste. Today we are going to share with you the recipe for a delicious sweet – Rabri Malpua. You can easily make it at home.

Material:

Khoya (Mawa) - 250 grams (crushed)

Sugar - 1 kilogram

Desi Ghee - 600 grams

Dry fruits - a handful

Flour - 200 grams

Semolina - 50 grams

For Rabdi:

Milk – 1 kilogram

Sugar – 150 grams

Saffron – 8-10 threads

Cardamom – 5-6 grams (powder)

Dry fruits – finely chopped pistachios and almonds

Instruction:

- First of all, mix flour, crumbled khoya and semolina. Prepare soft dough by adding water slowly.

- Heat desi ghee in a pan, and make small round balls from the kneaded mixture.

When the ghee gets hot in the pan, add the rolled balls one by one and fry them till they become golden from both sides.

-Mawa Malpua is ready. Take them out and keep them on a plate.

-To make syrup, heat 2-3 glasses of water in a pan. When it gets hot, add 1 kilogram of sugar in it and make one string syrup.

-When the syrup is ready, add fried Malpua to it.

-For Rabdi, pour milk into a pan, add sugar and cook on low flame for about half an hour while stirring continuously.

Then add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits to the rabri. Cook for a while.

- Put saffron threads in rabri. Once done, cool the rabri and keep it in the refrigerator for some time.

-Before serving Rabdi Malpua, take them out and keep them on a plate. Pour chilled rabri on top and garnish with dry fruits.
