Material:

Gram flour – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 cup

Desi ghee – 1 cup

Milk – 4 tbsp

Chopped dry fruits – 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder – 2 tbsp

Instruction:

-First of all, take a big bowl and sift gram flour in it.

-Add milk and 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in gram flour and mix well until there are no lumps left.

-Mash the mixture until the lumps of gram flour disappear completely.

-Heat the remaining ghee in a separate pan on medium flame.

Once the ghee melts, add the gram flour mixture and fry on low flame until it turns light pink.

-When the colour of gram flour changes, turn off the flame and let it cool.

-Meanwhile, mix half a cup of water and sugar in another saucepan. Heat it on the gas until the sugar dissolves and you get two strings of syrup.

-When the syrup is ready, slowly pour it into the cold gram flour mixture and keep stirring continuously.

-Keep stirring it until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

- Now add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits and mix well.

-Grease a tray with a little ghee and spread the mixture evenly on it to smooth the surface.

-Let the mixture set for about an hour, then sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top.

- After it freezes completely, cut it into desired shapes.
