How to make egg dosa

-Heat the dosa griddle and grease it lightly by applying oil or ghee to it.

Pour a spoonful of dosa batter on the griddle and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.

Drizzle a little oil or ghee on the edges of the dosa. Cook on medium heat till the dosa turns golden brown and crisp.

Spread a portion of the egg filling evenly over the dosa.

Fold the dosa in half, covering the egg filling.

Press gently and cook for another minute until the egg filling is heated through.

Flip the dosa to the other side and cook for a minute or two, till it turns crisp on both sides.

Remove the egg dosa from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice.
