Are you thinking of making sweets at home at this Rakshabandhan festival, then you can make Malai ke Laddoos. They are delicious to eat. So let's know about its recipe.

Ingredients

2 cups milk powder

1 cup thick cream

1/2 cup condensed milk

A pinch of saffron threads (optional)

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds) for garnishing.

edible silver foil (optional)

Method

Combine heavy cream and condensed milk in a non-stick pan on a low flame.

- Heat the mixture slowly while stirring continuously, making sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Once the mixture is hot, add a pinch of saffron threads to it for an aromatic touch. Let the saffron impart its color and aroma to the mixture.

While stirring continuously, slowly add milk powder to the mixture. Make sure there are no lumps.

Keep cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens and comes together in a dough-like consistency.

When the mixture is cooked well, take it off the flame and let it cool down a bit.

To avoid sticking, apply some ghee on your palms. Take portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls, giving the classic ladoo shape.

Gently press chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds) on the top of each ladoo.

Consider adding a small piece of edible silver foil to the top of each laddu to make it more appealing.

Let the laddus cool completely before serving.
