Steamed Breakfast Recipe
-Clean and take out about 250 grams of spinach leaves and grind them finely in a mixer.
-To maintain the colour of spinach, add 2-3 ice cubes while grinding it.
-Take out the ground spinach and add 1 big cup of wheat flour and half a teaspoon of salt to it.
-Add some water to the flour knead it soft and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
-Mash 3 medium-sized boiled potatoes.
Add 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 2 teaspoons grated carrot and 2 teaspoons finely chopped capsicum.
-Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and garam masala to the potatoes.
-Mix everything well with mashed potatoes, divide the dough into two parts and make rolls.
-Sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board, and roll the dough into a big square shape.
-Cut off the sides and cut it into small square pieces so that they can be rolled.
-Make a potato roll and place it in the middle of the square portion of dough and roll it.
-Press the edges and make marks using a fork, then shape them into candy-toffee shapes using a toothpick.
-Prepare all the rolls in the same manner.
Heat water in a pan and when it boils, add the rolls to it.
-After boiling for about 10 minutes, take them out of the water and fry them lightly.
- Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan and add cumin, finely chopped garlic, red chilli and black sesame seeds.
- Add boiled rolls to this tempering and cook.
- Garnish with finely chopped green coriander.
