Ingredients required
Maida, cloves, almonds, cashews, pistachios, dates and coconut about 500 grams, ghee, oil, sugar and water

First of all grind dates and coconut. After this, the remaining dry fruits should be chopped finely. When the dough becomes soft, knead it well. Be careful that it does not get wet. Now put some ghee in a pan and add cardamom powder to it. Add dates and coconut paste on top. After this add all the dry fruits in it. Your stuffing is ready. Prepare a good taste by mixing 2 cups of sugar in 4 cups of water on the side.
Now you just have to make flour puri and add dry fruits to it. Fold the puri from all four sides and place a clove in the middle while connecting the four corners. Now fry it in oil and keep adding it to the syrup. Remember to fry it on medium flame only so that it does not become too red or light in color. The color should be golden. Now take out the syrup and serve the sweet.
