2 boiled potatoes

1/2 tsp dried mango powder

1 tbsp water chestnut flour

1/2 cup ground groundnut

black salt as required

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

2 tbsp ghee

How to make Aloo Peanut Cutlet?

Peel the boiled potato and take it in a bowl. After that mash them well. After this, you have to add crushed peanuts, red chili powder, salt, amchur powder, cumin powder, and water chestnut flour. After this, prepare a mixture by adding 2 tablespoons of water to it, mixing it well with hands.

Grease your hands a little with ghee. After this, take out small balls from the dough and flatten them to make tikkis. From this, you have to make tikkis.

Heat 1-2 tbsp ghee on a nonstick tava (griddle). After this place the Tikki on the pan and let it cook from one side. When it turns golden, let it cook from the other side as well. Let it cook well.

Serve the Tikki with mint chutney and enjoy it to the fullest.
