But eating vegetables in the same way all the time becomes boring. That's why they try to prepare the same vegetables in different ways. Ingredients for making potato curry

- 2-3 medium-sized potatoes

- 1/3 cup peas

- 2 green chilies

- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili 

-1/4 tsp turmeric

- 1 tsp coriander powder 

- 1 tsp cumin powder

-½ tsp dried mango powder

- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 1 Pinch asafoetida

- 2 tsp mustard oil

- Salt as per taste

- Coriander

How to make potato curry

First, cut the potatoes into cubes. Wash it thoroughly with two to three waters. So that the potato starch is completely removed. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add green chilies along with it. Add potatoes and fry on low flame. Add turmeric and salt. Fry well. Then add water and cook for two to three minutes and then add peas. Cook while stirring for 6-7 minutes. Allow the water to dry and cook the potatoes on high heat till they turn golden brown. When the potatoes turn golden brown, lower the flame. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and dried mango powder and mix, and cook for two minutes. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with parantha or poli.
