Recipe: Make tasty chocolate modak on the second day of Ganesh Chaturthi, and offer it to Bappa!

Ganesh Chaturthi 2023 started on 19th September, and many people have installed Bappa in their homes. There is immense enthusiasm during these 10 days of Ganesh Chaturthi. During this period, we are sharing different recipes of Modak, the favorite prasad of Lord Ganesha. Today we have brought the recipe of Chocolate Modak for you.

Ingredients:

250 grams of dark chocolate

2 tablespoons finely chopped almonds

2 tablespoons finely chopped cashews

2 tablespoons pistachios

100 grams of desiccated coconut

50 grams of condensed milk

2 tablespoons ghee

Instruction:

First of all, place the dark chocolate pieces in a glass or steel bowl.

Use the double boiling method to melt the chocolate. For this, place water in a big vessel on the stove to heat it.

When the water starts getting slightly hot, place a glass or steel bowl with chocolate pieces on it. Slowly the chocolate will start melting.

In a separate pan or kadhai, add some ghee and fry cashews, almonds, pistachios, and dry coconut.

After roasting, add all the roasted dry fruits along with condensed milk and prepared melted chocolate.

Mix the prepared mixture well with the help of a large spoon and let it cool for some time.

After about 5 minutes, when it is completely set, give it the shape of a modak with the help of a small spoon.

Your delicious chocolate modaks will be ready to serve.
