You must have tasted many types of halwa to date, but today we have come up with a recipe for making banana halwa, which you will find very tasty to eat. Let's know about its recipe.

Here's The Banana Halwa Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup ghee

1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instruction:

Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl.

Heat ghee in a pan and add mashed bananas.

Cook on a slow flame for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Add sugar and mix well. Cook on low heat till the sugar melts and the mixture thickens.

Add chopped nuts and cardamom powder and mix well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes till the mixture starts coming together and comes out easily from the pan.

Switch off the flame and transfer the halwa to a vessel greased with ghee.

Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into pieces.

Serve hot or at room temperature.
