Recipe: Make special gravy bhindi for dinner, note the easy recipe!

Okra vegetable is liked by many people. Fried crispy bhindi is eaten with great gusto, similarly, there is no dearth of lovers of bhindi with gravy. Bhindi with gravy is often made on special occasions. You can make Gravy Wali Bhindi anytime for lunch or dinner. Bhindi curry is tasty as well as very healthy. If bhindi is served with gravy then there is no need for other vegetables in the meal. If you have never made bhindi with gravy, then you can make it very easily with the help of the recipe given by us.
Ingredients required
Ladyfinger – 250 grams
chopped Onion – 1
Chopped Tomatoes – 3-4
Curd – 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves – 4-5
Chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
Cloves – 2-3
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Bay leaf – 1
Mace - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Ginger - 1/2 piece
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander - 2 tsp
Oil as per requirement
Salt as per taste
Recipe
- First of all, wash the ladyfinger and clean it thoroughly, and then wipe it with a dry cotton cloth. After this, cut the upper part of the ladyfinger and make four long incisions from top to bottom. Remember that ladyfinger should not be cut whole but cut into pieces. After this, finely chop onion, tomato, and green chilies. Now heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Now heat some oil in a pan. Add bay leaves to the hot oil and fry for a few seconds. After this, add prepared onion-ginger paste and tomato puree and fry for two to three minutes while stirring. After this, add fried ladyfinger to the pan, mix, and cook. After cooking the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, add crushed Kasuri Methi to it and turn off the flame. Bhindi with delicious gravy is ready. Serve with chapati or rice.
