Recipe: Make semolina cheela for breakfast, the taste is amazing!

You must have eaten many types of cheela, but today we are going to tell you about vermicelli cheela, which is very tasty and interesting, so let's know the recipe.

Material:

Vermicelli - 1 cup, crushed

semolina - 1 cup

Ginger - 1 tablespoon, finely grated

curd - 1/2 cup

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - half lemon

Green chilli - 2, finely chopped

Carrots - 1 Medium sized, finely chopped

Onion - 1, finely chopped

Rice flour - 2 tablespoons

Salt - as per taste

Coriander leaves - 1 to 2 tablespoons, finely chopped

Oil as required

Method:

-Finely chop or grate ginger, carrot, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.

- Heat a pan on gas. Add vermicelli and fry for two to three minutes.

- Add semolina to the same pan and fry until it turns golden brown.

- Take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

Now add lemon juice, curd and salt to the mixture. Mix well.

-Add water while stirring slowly to make a batter of medium consistency. Cover it and leave it for 5-10 minutes.

- Add cumin powder, ginger, onion, green coriander, green chilli and carrot to the batter. Add salt as per taste.

- Add rice flour to the mixture and mix well.

-Heat a pan on the stove. Add some oil and when it gets hot, pour the semolina-vermicelli mixture on it with a ladle and spread it in a round shape. -Cook from both sides until golden brown.

-Repeat the process to make more cheelas from the remaining batter.

-Serve hot delicious semolina-vermicelli cheela with tomato sauce.
