Apart from this, take 250 grams of Aloo Bhujiya or Gram Flour Bhujiya easily available in the market. Apart from this, also take 250 grams of peanuts, 250 grams of roasted gram, 10-12 cashews, and 20 raisins. For spices, take salt, chili powder, turmeric, dry mango powder, and some chaat masala.

Poha Namkeen Recipe:

-To make salty poha, first lightly fry the makhana and peanuts, you can choose to fry them without oil or in a little oil.

-Make sure you fry the makhana in a slightly heavy pan with ghee for better taste.

Now after peanuts, fry cashew nuts lightly.

- Mix roasted peanuts with gram and then turn off the gas and leave all the roasted things in the pan for some time.

-You have to add 1 tablespoon of chaat masala in the mixture of peanuts and gram so that the spices mix well.

- Heat oil in a pan and keep the flame medium to high.

- Now take a frying ladle and dip it in hot oil, then with the help of the ladle put the poha in the hot oil.

-You have to take about 1 handful of poha at a time and fry it.

-As the poha is fried, it will swell and rise to the surface; Then spread it on a newspaper.

-This will remove excess oil from the poha easily.

As soon as you place the poha on the newspaper, sprinkle a pinch of turmeric on it and mix it with your hands.

Similarly, fry all the poha. Now place the poha in a bowl and add peanuts, gram, makhana, cashew nuts, raisins, and potato bhujia and mix.

-Add salt, chili powder, dry mango powder, and chaat masala as per taste.

Very tasty namkeen is ready. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy it for up to a month.
