Make restaurant-style paneer curry at home:

4 large onions, finely chopped

4 tomatoes

2 green

chillies Garlic and ginger

Cinnamon Cumin

cloves

Large

and small cardamom

Black pepper

Ghee

Cashew

cream and curd

Paneer Vegetable Recipe:

-First of all, take a pan and add some ghee to it.

- Add cinnamon, cashew nuts, cumin, cloves, black cardamom, small cardamom, black pepper, garlic, ginger and green chilli in the pan.

-Fry everything lightly and then remove from flame.

-Blend the mixture in a mixer while adding cream or curd during the process.

-After blending it well, keep it aside.

Now take a pan and add some oil or ghee to it.

- Add cumin seeds on top and pour the mixed mixture into the pan.

-Meanwhile, add cream or curd to it.

-Keep stirring and mashing the mixture well.

-Put some oil or ghee in another pan.

- Add cumin seeds on top and pour the mixed mixture into the pan.

-Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder on top.

- Add salt and cook the mixture well.

-When it starts cooking, add cheese to it.

-Sprinkle Kasoori Methi on top.

-Cook it a little more.

-Finally, garnish with half-chopped onion in chopped style.

-Add some water, let it cook and then serve.
