Materials required

Paneer - 500 grams

Tomato - 2-3

Green Chillies - 2-3

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Ghee or oil - 1 teaspoon

Ginger - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt as per taste

Recipe:

Take tomatoes and chillies and wash them thoroughly. After this, put both in the mixer, grind them and make puree. You can also add some water as per your requirement. Apart from this, if you want, you can also add onion and ginger and grind it. Now take a pan, and heat oil or ghee in it. Remember this time keep the flame low. Now add cumin and asafoetida to it. After it cools down, add tomato puree to it and cook. If you want, you can also add whole red chillies to the batter. While the puree is cooking, cut the paneer into pieces of the desired size. Add chilli and turmeric to tomato puree and mix. After this add salt as per taste.

Add chaat masala and coriander powder to it. Now add cheese pieces to it and let it cook. Let the gravy boil. When the gravy boils, garnish with finely chopped coriander. Now the prepared paneer tomato curry can be served with chapatti or rice.
