Palak Paneer Recipe

Palak Paneer is very tasty to eat and it is also very healthy. Let's learn the method of making vegetables...

> First of all, boil water completely in a big vessel. When the water boils, add spinach to it and leave it for 2 minutes or until the leaves swell well.

> Now put the boiled spinach in the mixer bowl and add 2 garlic cloves, 1-inch ginger and 3 chillies and grind it well.

> In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp butter, 1 dried red chilli, 1 tsp cumin and 1 bay leaf. Fry the spices on low flame until the aroma comes out. Now add 1 onion, and 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and fry until the onion turns golden.

> Add 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp salt and fry the spices.

> Add 1 tomato and cook until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

> Now add spinach to it and cook well.

> Now add 1 tablespoon cream. After this, add 250 grams of cheese and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

>Also add 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp kasoori methi and mix well. Palak Paneer is ready.
