Recipe: Make Paan Thandai on Holi, note down the recipe!

Holi is near, and preparations have started in people's homes. Some families have started preparing various dishes and sweets for the festive occasion. Thandai is a popular choice for Holi and is prepared in almost every household. If you are bored of consuming the same Thandai every year, then try making Paan Thandai this time. It is very easy to make and it gets ready quickly.

Material:

Betel leaves - some

Gulkand - 2 tbsp

Fennel - 1 tbsp

Sugar - as per taste

Thandai powder - 2 tbsp

Milk - 1 cup

Instruction:

Take some betel leaves and wash them thoroughly.

Add betel leaves, gulkand, fennel, sugar and thandai powder in a blender.

Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.

In a separate pan, heat the milk until it boils.

Add the prepared paste to boiling milk and stir well.

Let the mixture boil for a few minutes until it thickens.

Once done, let it cool to room temperature.

Keep the pan thandai in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Serve chilled and enjoy the unique and refreshing taste of Paan Thandai.
