Recipe: Make Oil-free potato paratha in breakfast!
Aloo paratha is liked by many people. But parathas soaked in oil are not good for your health. Today we have brought you the recipe of Oil-Free Aloo Paratha. Let us know how you can make it.
Roasted Potato - 500 g
Tomato - 1
Flour - 250 g
Green Coriander Chopped - 1 tbsp
Ginger Piece - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 3
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
First of all, take wheat flour in a deep-bottomed vessel and inside it, you have to knead the dough by adding salt. Keep aside after kneading the dough. Now finely chop tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and keep them in a bowl. Now boil the potatoes and peel off all the peels one by one and cut them into small pieces and mix them in the bowl. After this, you have to add ground cumin powder and red chili powder to this mixture. After this, mash this whole mixture well. In this way, your stuffing for filling in Aloo Paratha is ready.
Now take the dough and make balls out of it. Now take three balls and roll them like roti. After this take the first roti. On top of this, you have to sprinkle dry flour by applying nominal oil and then place another roti on top of it. Now repeat the same process on the second roti and place the third roti on it. Now make a complete roll by sprinkling a little dry flour on the third roti. You have to cut the roll into two equal parts. Now, this cut roll has to be rolled again like roti. After being billed like a roti, place potato stuffing in the middle of it and cover it from all sides and roll it like a paratha. Similarly, prepare potato parathas with the help of all the balls.
Now put a mesh on the charcoal and bake these potato parathas well from both sides. If you want, you can also roast these Aloo Parathas well from both sides on a nonstick pan. Now serve oil-free aloo paratha with curd or green chutney. If you want to eat it as a snack, then it can also be enjoyed with evening tea.
