Recipe: Make Navratri Special Falhari Bhel easily at home!


Ingredients Required: 

Makhane - Two cups

boiled potatoes - Two

rock salt - One small spoon


Lemon juice - One big spoon

Ghee - One small spoon (as desired)

Green chili - Two 

grated carrots -One

green coriander


Method of preparation:-

First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry peanuts in it on medium flame. 

Now take out the peanuts and fry the makhanas in ghee in the same pan. 

Now mix potatoes, peanuts, makhana, rock salt, green chili and lemon juice in a bowl and garnish it with coriander. 

In this way your phalahari bhel becomes ready.
