Preparations for Ganeshotsav are going on in full swing everywhere. Various objects are offered to Bappa during this ten-day festival. During this time people make Bappa's favorite Modak Avarjun. - Khoya

- Sugar

- Pistachios

- Cardamom Powder

- Saffron

- Milk

How to make

To make Kesar Mawa Modak, mix milk and sugar in a bowl and keep aside. Now fry the khoya in a non-stick pan for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring in between. After frying, add saffron milk to it and keep it on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Mix the mawa mixture well and take it out on a plate. Now let this mixture cool down. When it cools down, mash it with your hands. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and pistachios. After mixing well, take a mold for making modak and apply ghee to it. Now fill mawa in it and press it well. Take out the modak from the mold. Prepare all the Mawa Modaks in the same manner. Your Kesar Mawa Modak is ready.
