Recipe - Make Kesar Kulfi at home like this; enjoy it in winter!

2 cups condensed milk
½ cup milk
8 tbsp cream
1 tsp saffron
Half teaspoon saffron
1 tablespoon pistachios
In a large bowl, whisk the cream and condensed milk well and make a thick paste.
Boil milk in a pan on low flame and add saffron.
When the saffron mixes well with the milk and the colour of the milk changes, turn off the flame and let it cool.
Add saffron milk to the prepared paste.
Pour this mixture into the kulfi mould, cover it and keep it in the freezer for about 4 hours.
After the stipulated time, remove the kulfi from the moulds and garnish with pistachios and saffron. Cool and serve.
