Recipe: Make Italian Red Sauce Pasta at home!


Necessary Ingredients

- 2 cups Pasta (boiled)

- 3-4 Garlic (chopped)

- 2 tsp Oil

- cup Capsicum (chopped)

- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)

- 2 cups Tomato puree

- Salt as per taste

- Few -from basil leaves

- a little cheese (grated)



Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, and fry it.

Add capsicum and fry it.

Cook by adding tomato puree and basil leaves.

After 3-4 minutes add pasta and salt and mix well.

When the gravy thickens, add cheese.

- Serve hot.
