The winter season is on and during this time everyone likes to cook and eat hot. That's why today in this episode we have brought for you the recipe of making Matar Poha Cutlet. It is very tasty, so let's know how you can make it.
- 1 cup Poha (soaked and softened)
- 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup Green peas (boiled)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- tsp Garam masala powder
- tsp Red chilli powder
- half tsp Cumin
- tsp Black pepper powder
- tsp Chaat masala
- 2 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 piece Ginger (grated)
- 2-3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Knead soft poha.
After this, you have to add green peas, onions, mashed potatoes, carrots, green chilies, green coriander, all the powdered spices, ginger, cornflour and salt and mix it well.
Make medium sized cutlets with greased hands and deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
