Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe:

Spinach Peas

Carrots

Potatoes

Capsicum

Green

Chillies

Coriander Leaves

Ginger

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab:

-Boil the potatoes and keep them aside. Then mash them.

-Boil the spinach.

-Fry peas, carrots, capsicum, and green chilies.

-Mash all the vegetables or chop them finely.

- Mix coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, gram flour, salt and lemon juice.

-Mix everything well.

-Make kebab tikkis and fry them in mustard oil.

-Garnish with green coriander and cashew nuts.

-Serve with mint chutney.
