Biscuits have held a place in our hearts for many years. Everyone likes to eat biscuits with tea as a snack. Most of the biscuits are made of flour, whereas from a health point of view, flour biscuits are considered the best. Today we are going to tell you the recipe for flour biscuits which has an amazing taste. You can keep them in an airtight container and consume them for several days.


250 grams of whole wheat flour

125 grams (ground) sugar or jaggery

150 grams butter

1 teaspoon cardamom powder


Mix sugar or jaggery, cardamom powder and whole wheat flour in a bowl.

Using your fingers, mix the butter into the flour mixture.

Knead the mixture slowly into a soft dough. Make sure the dough is soft.

Wrap the dough in a paper and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Afterwards, roll out the dough to 1/8" thickness.

Cut the dough into desired shapes and place on a baking tray.

Cool the biscuits for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Bake the

biscuits. Bake until golden brown.

Once baked, let them cool, and your homemade whole wheat biscuits are ready to enjoy.
